Cabayo Bayo is a typical dish in Nicaragua. According to Wikipedia, first you serve on the plate a sheet of banana and you put on top a corn tortilla. This will be added to taste a bit of each dish, among which include: shredded fried steak, chicken, pork, beans, blood sausage, guacamole, shredded cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, chicharron, tajadas verdes, maduro frito. It is absolutely a delicious dish that we enjoy for festivities or celebrations.
